Information from medical records and information received by CampusCare Health Center Physicians pertaining to the physician-patient relationship shall be kept confidential and in compliance with the privacy rule outlined under Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Information about Members’ care will not be disclosed without express written consent or, in the case of a minor, without the written consent of the minor’s parent or legal guardian, except as permitted or required by law.
