CampusCare Members and Dependents should print off their CampusCare ID card at the beginning of every Academic Year. ID cards are available online only and will not be mailed out.
For Member/Dependent CampusCare ID Cards please click here*
- Sign in using the student’s net ID and password
- Click “Print ID Card” under the My Account box
- Select Member’s name or Dependent’s name to print correct ID card
- ID card will populate in a PDF.
*Please note that printing and possession of your CampusCare ID card does not guarantee eligibility or benefits. Please refer to your student account for the CampusCare charge to confirm eligibility.
For Member/Dependent Discount Dental/Vision/Hearing/Rx ID Card please click here**
- Sign in using Member or Dependent’s First Name, Last Name, and CampusCare ID number
- Click the picture of the Member Benefit Card to print
**Please note that this card is not your CampusCare ID card, it is your discount card through UHP. CampusCare does not have a separate pharmacy card.
